To check an address:

Go to the search page and enter the address details. There is no charge to to find out if we have information on any particular property.

If we have information you will then have the option to receive a copy at a cost of £5 - a small amount compared to the possible savings. See below for payment options. Please note that the information we hold might not be serious enough to deter you from buying, but may influence your offer.

If we do not have any information then we hope your purchase runs smoothly! However, if you yourself discover a problem, then please come back and tell us.

To submit information:

If you have been unlucky and discovered problems with a property, then go to the submit info page.

Here you will find a form requesting certain details. In return for your information you will receive £2 every time someone else requests a copy - e.g. 20 requests earns £40 and so on. See below for payment options. Information submitted must be truthful and accurate, and you must take responsibility for this. However the truth is never libellous, so let us know!

Please note your personal details are never revealed to any third party, but we need some details to be able to make payments to you. For your security no personal details are held online. We realise that there is a certain amount of trust involved on your part, but if we fail to make due payments then the site will fail and noone benefits. Our reputation is important to us.

Payment options:

We currently accept payment in two ways:

• PayPal - pay securely with any major credit card.

• Nochex - a similar secure scheme for debit cards.

We make payments to you by the same means, or by cheque if you do not have either facility. Currently we make payments monthly.

Vendors:

If you find your property listed here, and subsequently make good the problem, you are welcome to contact us and we will review our information.

Legal stuff:

This site is based in the UK and operates under UK law. Any use of this site constitutes agreement that UK law alone covers all parties.
